About the project
Arctic Travels is a luxury travel agency specialising in skiing and snowboarding holidays across the world’s most captivating winter destinations. With a focus on both premium quality and competitive pricing, the brand caters to travellers seeking expertly tailored winter escapes. However, despite their expertise and strong value proposition, their existing landing page lacked the visual appeal, user engagement, and intuitive functionality necessary to convert visitors into bookings.
The Challenge
The challenge was to redesign the Arctic Travels homepage into a more engaging, user-focused experience—one that seamlessly guides users from inspiration to action. The goal was to reflect the brand's luxurious yet accessible ethos, inspire trust, and make it easy for users to plan, personalise, and book their ideal winter holiday directly online.
The Solution
To solve this, I designed a refreshed landing page inspired by industry leaders like Booking.com, Expedia, Sovereign Luxury Travel, and LWC Holidays. The new design features striking winter imagery, clear navigation for key booking categories (Regions, Lodging, Resorts, Passes), and compelling call-to-actions that encourage users to start planning. Cool-toned colours and modern UI elements align with the brand’s winter aesthetic, while professional touches such as agent support and trip tracking offer added assurance and convenience. The result is a sleek, conversion-driven homepage that positions Arctic Travels as a leader in the luxury winter travel space.
